1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use the ph 31 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. 2. Platform Use and Acceptable Conduct
The ph 31 platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. You agree not to attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the platform's systems, games, or other users' accounts in any way. Any use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension. You must not engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward other users or platform staff. ph 31 monitors platform activity to detect irregular patterns and reserves the right to investigate and act on any suspected misuse. Content or behaviour that violates applicable Philippine law is grounds for immediate account termination. All decisions made by ph 31 regarding conduct violations are final and binding.
3. Deposits, Balances, and Payments
All deposits on ph 31 are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) using the local payment methods available on the Deposit page. You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited into your account originate from a legitimate source and belong to you personally. ph 31 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of account holders. Account balances are held for use on the platform and are subject to the terms applicable to the payment method used. The platform reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse transactions where fraud, money laundering, or policy violations are suspected. Any fees associated with deposits or withdrawals are determined by the relevant payment provider and are the responsibility of the account holder. ph 31 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4. VIP Programme and Rewards
The ph 31 VIP programme offers tiered benefits to regular players, with details available on the VIP page. Participation in the VIP programme is subject to eligibility criteria that ph 31 may update from time to time at its sole discretion. Rewards, tier status, and associated benefits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the platform. ph 31 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Any attempt to abuse the rewards system, including through the creation of multiple accounts or coordinated activity, will result in forfeiture of all accumulated benefits and may lead to account suspension. Tier progression is calculated based on platform activity as defined in the VIP programme rules, which are published on the VIP page. ph 31's determination of tier status and reward eligibility is final.
5. Responsible Gaming and Account Limits

7. Limitation of Liability
ph 31 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times, and temporary downtime for maintenance or technical reasons may occur. ph 31 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of account balance due to technical errors, or losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials. The platform's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. You use the platform at your own risk.
